`closed catlin better watch o u t when you get me going As Amelia's eyes cracked open to the light streaming down her face. Not her favourite way to wake up. Any way she woke up, she hated. It didn't matter where she was, either. She just guessed she wasn't a morning person and got on with it. It wasn't as if it was going to go away, shooing it into the corner wouldn't work, she knew that for a fact. So, like any normal human-being, Amelia gave up.
It wasn't until she was wearing her black Jack Daniel's top and was applying her eyeliner that she realised it. She knew giving up was an everyday thing for other people, but it surprised her. Amelia had never been the girl to back down, sure, she was shy, but when someone mentioned her or actually listened to her, there was no stopping little Amelia Chaos. Not ever, in fact. Well, until this very day. She knew all of the bullies would be laughing their pretty little fucking heads off if they knew where she was now. Oh of course they would be, her anger surged inside, they always had laughed, even when she became more popular and people started to notice her very exstience on this earth for once. Pushing the thoughts out of her head, Amelia focused on her eyeliner.
After she'd checked her things were in her bag, Amelia promptly walked down to the cafeteria for breakfast. Not that she ate anything for breakfast, but that didn't stop her. She liked the smells coming from the kitchen, but, well, not the food. Ever since she'd gotten here, her diet had been one of coffee, coffee and more coffee. Maybe the odd slice of toast when she needed it, but otherwise, it was nothing else. The toast, of course, was made by her. She refused to touch any of the cafeteria food, after getting food poisoning many times, there was nothing they could say to her for Amelia to eat anything. In the long run, they didn't mind, treat the patients like shit, they eat less food, therefore less food to dish up, giving the institute more money for other things. Amelia never knew what the 'other things' were, it wasn't like they were redecorating, which in her opinion, they needed to do badly. And they hardly spent much money on food to start with, so it wasn't that. Maybe it was for the staff, she didn't know. Didn't care either. Just wondering, always wondering, was Amelia.
She walked up to the steel counter and ordered two coffees, it only took one switch to do the coffee Amelia knew, but no, the stupid cook couldn't even do what he was hired for! Naturally, whatever his name was, never made the coffee quickly. Oh no, he waited until the patients were so pissed with him that they'd pay for the overpriced mush they called coffee. Sure, it was a crap drink they made, but she didn't mind really. As long as the quick and painless shot of coffee filled her veins once more, she was good and ready for whatever anyone wanted to throw her way.
"Thanks." Amelia thanked the cook by finally making her coffees and paid him. It was much overpriced, but that was just the way things swinged around this place, she guessed. Shrugging it off, Amelia found a table and sat down, sweeping her bleach blonde hair out of her face. Once more she was in her haven, her little word filled full of gorgeous coffee. caitlin jessica mosse } she'll blow your mind and break your heart then leave you behind she'll mess with your head then laugh in your face.
cait laughed at the ceiling, hardly able to contain her frustration. she'd woken up before seven, yet again. she hated waking up with a vengeance, especially if it was too early. the jack daniels and vodka she'd knocked back last night should have been enough to knock her out for hours, but clearly she didn't have enough. maybe she should try the pills she had stashed under her bed. cait wasn't a drug type of girl, but if it helped her to forget and to feel normal then she'd be willing to give it a try.
cait stopped laughing, looking over at lexie and rolling her eyes. her roommate could sleep through anything. slipping out of bed, cait rifled through lexie's drawer and stole two cigarettes, lighting one up and placing the other behind her ear. smoking was something she'd gotten into at her stay in franklin high, and now she couldn't imagine a life without them. looking through the window, cait dragged on the cigarette and sighed, opening the window to let the smoke out. smoking wasn't strictly allowed on campus, especially in the dorms.
flicking the stub out of the window, cait ran her fingers through her hair and stepped out of her short, pink pyjamas, digging around in her chest of drawers for something to wear. being a slave to the skinny jean craze, cait usually ended up wearing a pair of them every day, and today was no exception. pulling her favourite black skinnies up over her slim hips, cait pulled a black t-shirt on over the matching black underwear and started to apply her make up.
cait was never seen without her make up ; she always had to wear it. black eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow for a start, and then the usual base and concealer to cover up. having finished that in record time, cait picked at a spot of dried nail varnish on her jeans, and stepped through the door, checking she had a dollar in her jeans. a bottle of water would be fine right now . . . it would last her until lunch anyhow.
spotting amelia in the cafeteria after buying her water, cait sat opposite her and immediately launched into conversation. "i am having the shittiest day ever. i don't think anyone in the entire world could have a day shittier than mine. this is the worst day in the world."
cait recognised the smell of coffee and food and almost threw up. food always had that effect on her, nowadays. she couldn't understand it, but it didn't really matter ; she didn't eat anyway.
"how're you anyhow?" cait asked, taking her other cigarette from her ear and lighting it. "haven't seen you in an age."

better watch o u t when you get me going Mulling over her coffee, Amelia's mind travelled far off from what was happening. She couldn't help but start to think of what she'd left behind. Her mother fussing over her, her father, well, he was long out of the picture. So, not much really. Shrugging it off, Amelia stared into her coffee, feeling the warm steam on her face, she shook herself out of her daydream.
Seeing Catlin walking up to her with a bottle of water, Amelia straightened up. She had missed talking to Catlin, and in return, she had become addicted to coffee, as if replacing her with the sweet, yet strong, taste of coffee burning her throat. She had missed the way Catlin just launches herself into conversations, too.
"Oh, how Cat?" Amelia was seriously shocked that she was having a bad day, normally Catlin was bubbly and bouncy, but obviously not today. "What's wrong, I mean..." Amelia has felt the need to speak that, just to make sure she understood, sure, Catlin wasn't an idiot. But for some reason, Amelia seemed to tread softly around her.
She smiled as Catlin asked her how she was. Thinking about it, Amelia realised that she was the happiest she'd been in months, years even. So instead of sounding like a complete moron, Amelia spoke with words that were as simple as what an iPod does. "I'm fine, how're you?" [/size][/blockquote]
