For Lexie, life just pretty much sucked when she was sober. She just wanted to take something, have a drink, and smoke a bowl. But all that was out of the question at the moment. She had taken a few vicodin, but that didn't seem to do that much for her. She woke up much too late, with a splitting headache, from a night that she didn't even remember. Sometimes she wished that she could actually remember what she did on nights like that, but it was probably fun, and she most likely had hooked up with somebody she didn't even know. Not that there was even a problem with that, she didn't care what she did.
It was mid-afternoon, and she had just woken up after getting back at five in the morning. She was a little bit hungry, and hopefully going to the cafeteria would help at least a little bit. And for Lexie, coffee was the best cure for a hangover. Dressed in a halter top, and a pair of jeans, she walked in to the cafeteria. She was craving a cup of black coffee, and that was all she really wanted. However, she realized that eating would probably help her feel a little better. She grabbed a large coffee, and a strawberry bagel, and while that was probably not enough, she had a bit of a love hate relationship with food. She didn't want to go back to what she had done before, and it wouldn't help at all.
Looking around, she didn't see anybody that she knew, and Lexie really just needed to be by herself at the moment. She felt like total crap, and like something was just going wrong. Obviously being an alcoholic and a drug addict didn't help, but even if she didn't have that to deal with, things would have still been pretty much like total shit. But hopefully things would get better soon enough. Yeah, like that would ever happen. She walked over to a corner table and sat down. At least she had a huge cup of coffee to make things better. She took a sip, and tried to just relax and forget about everything else that was going on. She didn't want to dwell on the past, when the present was all that mattered. [/blockquote]
